As part of their #MBPhotoPass social initiative, Mercedes-Benz invited various artists to creatively interpret their cars throughout the decades.

Using model cars from each era as our subject, we worked with their small scale to create surreal worlds that allowed them to appear larger than life. With a consistent podium for each image, the cars are on display while remaining grounded through each changing scene. Using papercraft and mixed media, we created sets for present day, the 80s, the 60s, and the 50s. 

Images appeared on @mercedesbenzusa Instagram, Twitter and Facebook channels.
